01THE IDEA

Pause for a moment.
Return to yourself.

BO takes its name from 泊: to moor, to arrive at a place of rest. An embracing curve makes room for a quieter moment in everyday life.

The design began with a sketch of the rear silhouette. A round seat, an enveloping leather back and a dark wooden rail took shape in a few simple lines.

02FORM & SILHOUETTE

Between the curves.

A circular seat continues the soft silhouette, while the leather back flares gently toward the floor. A continuous wooden rail traces its upper edge, balancing enclosure with openness.

03MATERIAL & TOUCH

Details worth getting closer to.

Velvet, saddle leather and solid wood bring a tactile dimension to the silhouette.

Beige velvet

A fine velvet nap catches the light, while a delicate welt follows the rounded seat.

Cognac saddle leather

Leather wraps both faces of the foam-padded back. Rounded front edges and centred stitching complete its lines.

Dark solid wood

A continuous rail with a round cross-section traces the upper curve in warm natural wood grain.
